1.) You must have a working e-mail address.
2.) You don't need a website to join, but if you have one, please put a code up. (I mean, come on, spread the love!)
3.) You have to give your country. It kinda defeats the purpose if you don't.
4.) If your site contains anything unsuitable for 12+ you won't be linked.
